Preamble

We, the People of the Earth, bound not by wealth, birth, or creed but by our shared voice and equal claim to dignity, establish this Constitution to end the reign of absolute power and restore governance to the hands of all.

We recognize that true order arises not from rulers, but from the consent and vigilance of the governed; that every citizen is a bearer of wisdom, and that leadership must rotate through the many, not settle upon the few.

We define nations not by race or religion, but by the living languages through which people understand one another, affirming that the bonds of speech and shared expression are the truest borders of belonging.

We declare that representatives shall be selected through transparent, computer-aided random processes — each serving a single, fixed term, answerable at every moment to those they represent, and subject to immediate recall upon proof of misconduct or betrayal of trust.

We abolish all distinctions of caste, color, and creed from governance; we forbid the personification of power through names, monuments, or glorification of individuals; and we dissolve all political divisions that pit citizens against one another in pursuit of control.

We affirm that every act of the State shall be open to the people’s eye, every record accessible, every decision traceable, and that truth shall have no rival, for concealment is the first seed of tyranny.

In the spirit of equality and collective conscience, we establish a just and transparent order — where power flows upward from every Constituency, where law serves all equally, where media stands free as the mirror of truth, and where governance renews itself perpetually through accountability, not ambition.

Thus, we ordain this Constitution of Equitocrazy — to safeguard fairness, sustain transparency, and preserve forever the principle that no power shall stand above the people, and no people beneath their own will.
